Oil-out laminated Polypropylene Filter Bags are the first line of defense in trace oil removal. This unique structure combines a Polypropylene felt with a Polypropylene micro-fibre, laminated together to provide excellent dirt holding capacity with extended oil removal capabilities.

standard sizes with a 25 micron nominal retention level.
Remove oil and dirt with our micron rated multi-layer
POMB and POMF filter bags. Our High E (POMF) filter
bags offer dirt holding capacities in efficiencies up to 99.9%
†, while trapping trace
amounts of oil in the depth of the multi-layers. For less critical
applications, we offer the standard micron rated felt with added
adsorbent layers (POMB) to increase the oil catching capacity.
These bags are available in all standard configurations.
PSORB™ Oil removal technology offers enhanced oil removal capabilities by providing a specially blended micro-fibre core which dramatically increases the available surface area for oil adsorption. This unique design forces the process liquid through the micro-fibre core, where it can adsorb trace amounts of oil from a fluid stream. The specially blended micro-fibre core has the ability to adsorb up to 50 times its weight in oil.
OWS technology or "oily water separator" as it is known,
incorporates the oil adsorbtion of granular activated carbon
in a bag style element. This technology is intended for very
low flow rates (below 2 US GPM) but provides the best oil removal
capabilities of all the liquid filter bag configurations. These
bags can be supplied pre-filled with activated carbon or can
be purchased in a "carbon ready" format to be filled
on site. The "carbon ready" version allows you to
select the grade of carbon just right for the application.
